Shelly Belflower

Director

Shelly L. Belflower works at 91¶ÌÊÓƵ as the Director of Software Licensing and Contract Management, as part of the IT Division. She started at 91¶ÌÊÓƵ in 1998 as an hourly PC Technician in the Goddard School of Business, working for the Business school for more than eight years. She accepted a position in central IT in 2006.
She received an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology Sales in 1999, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems & Technologies in 2000, and an MBA from 91¶ÌÊÓƵ in 2003. She taught for the HIM (Health Information Management) program and business students about information technology, databases and systems for 18 years.
