Adobe Creative Cloud

For Students

The Information Technology Division is pleased to announce that 91¶ÌÊÓƵ’s (91¶ÌÊÓƵ) partnership with Adobe has now been extended to a 5 year contract to include Creative Cloud licenses for students. Students can now download any Creative Cloud app on up to two devices at a time. This allows students to use Creative Cloud apps on their personal devices from home or on the go.

Students can obtain a license by visiting /adobe and requesting a license using their @mail.weber.edu email address. This license must be renewed every year in August for continued use of the Creative Cloud license.

For Faculty and Staff

Faculty and Staff will continue to have access to the Creative Cloud Suite as before. Faculty and Staff simply use their @weber.edu email address to sign in. Similar to the student license, Faculty and Staff can only use the license on 2 devices, preferably 1 for a work desktop and the other for a home device. The Weber OnTheHub service is no longer in use for faculty or staff to purchase cheaper licenses for home use.

To ensure that you have the latest Adobe software installed on your work computers, please contact your Campus Technology Coordinator (CTC), or the IT service desk (ext. 7777).

Important: Do not set up a reoccurring payment plan through Adobe, if you do not want to risk paying full price for the Creative Cloud once the contract through 91¶ÌÊÓƵ ends. We recommend you only give your credit card information to 91¶ÌÊÓƵ's campus store. Do not give credit card info to Adobe unless you are purchasing directly from them.

*The Adobe account does not require a credit card to purchase Adobe Creative Cloud, you have already purchased it through 91¶ÌÊÓƵ. This last process is simply for activating your legal rights to use the Creative Cloud.
