All Support Staff Education & Training Team

The ASSET Team was designed as a resource for those who support and assist departments and offices across Weber State. As a new administrative assistant or support staff member, you will be automatically added to the ASSET Team forum, which is a great place to ask questions. Additionally, you will be invited to regular roundtable discussions, monthly trainings, or other supportive events to help you succeed.

The ASSET Team is headed up by a volunteer coordinator, mentor coordinator and their respective teams to help oversee the many activities supporting administrative professionals across campus. The coordinator and executive committee coordinate the monthly trainings and special events throughout the year. The mentor coordinator and mentors oversee the ASSET Mentor Program to help onboard new support staff as they transition to Weber State staff members.
