NICK ARCIAGA
Nick is a Certified Personal Trainer (Elite Trainer designation) with the International Sports Science Association; concentration in nutrition and fitness coaching. I try to focus primarily on overall wellness. I believe it's not just about looking healthy, but feeling healthy. I think nutrition and fitness go hand-in-hand. I try to be a good listener to my clients and help them reach their goals to their own accomplishments they want to reach. I have been training active military, retired military, reservists, and local amatuer MMA fighters for fitness tests and specific regiments for speed, agility, and quickness. I have also worked with the general population to provide a basic workout routine to help with mobility and functional movement throughout their daily activities. Recently, I have been training clients interested in local strongman competitions hosted between Ogden and Salt Lake City. I grew up in Layton, Utah and have always been involved in sports and recreational activities since grade school. My personal hobbies are motorcycles, restoring classic vehicles, hiking, art, and spending time with family. Currently, I am working on the following certifications through NASM: MMA Conditioning Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Quickness, Agility, and Mobility Specialist.
KEIGO MATSUYAMA
My name is Keigo. I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Arkansas State
University, and I am currently enrolled in the Athletic Training program at Weber State
University. I completed a two-year internship with the Sports Medicine and Athletic
Performance (Strength and Conditioning) team for the football team at Arkansas State University.
After my internship, I worked as a performance coach at the RALVIS Training Facility in
Jonesboro, Arkansas, where I coached athletes aged 6 to 18. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and I specialize in helping individuals become stronger, faster, and more explosive. I create training programs to meet your specific needs and goals, and I’m currently focused on enhancing mental performance as well. My sessions are designed to be fun and rewarding, and I’m excited to work with you on achieving your fitness goals!
KENTON COOLEY
I’m a personal fitness trainer certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).
My fitness history includes trying out several different sports as a child, then eight years of
playing hockey. In high school, I spent four years in mountain bike racing, and simultaneously a
few years in both cross country and track. Since high school, I’ve spent lots of time weight
lifting, playing pickleball, running and mountain biking. In those experiences, I’ve learned that fitness can improve cognitive function, which is why I especially look forward to training students here at 91¶ÌÊÓƵ. I enjoy training to meet specific goals with the main goal in mind of longevity, to live long and healthy. Whether you want to squat three times your body weight without injury, run a five minute mile, learn to use fitness to improve yourself mentally or anything else related to fitness, I can help you train in safe ways in any area. However, I am more specialized in cardio training. I’ve studied more about that and incorporated my studies to enhance my own fitness routines more than other areas of fitness because that’s what I enjoy most, and I am confident that I can help you in that area more too. The motivational saying that has stood true throughout my life is that you can do anything if you put your mind to it. I look forward to showing you that it can stand true in your life too.

JOZIAH BILLINGS
I am a certified personal fitness trainer through the National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). I am currently working on the NESTA Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach and Lifestyle Weight Management Specialist courses. My love for health and fitness began in my PE and weight training classes in junior high and I have been running and weight training ever since. I was a track & field and cross-country athlete in high school and was the only pole vaulter in my school to qualify for the state championship, putting me on Fremont’s top 10 pole vault records. Now, I work as the Utah Air National Guard Fitness NCOIC and love helping my fellow airmen stay fit to fight! My specialty/focus is on functional, well-balanced training as well as whole-food, plant-based nutrition recommendations to help others achieve a lifetime of strength and longevity. I believe in the power of the human mind and body and want others to be confident and useful in their own skin! Some personal hobbies of mine these days include spending time with my beautiful wife outdoors or watching The Office.
