Electronics Engineering Technology
- Mission Statement
Electronics Engineering Technology is an ABET Accredited program offering three degrees:
- AAS, BS, and a minor in Electronics Engineering Technology. The Electronics Engineering Technology Program (EET) provides an applications-oriented education which produces graduates who are prepared to make significant contributions in technical professions. The Bachelor of Science EET program prepares students for the technical challenges in the design, application, installation, and implementation of electrical and electronic systems.
(Biennial Report 2021-22) We are currently in the process of discontinuing the EET program. The EET program was due for reaccreditation this year. Due to the decision of closing down the program, we have applied for and received a three year accreditation extension to allow for all students currently enrolled in the program to graduate from an ABET accredited program. The accreditation will run until Dec. 31, 2024.
