  Mission:

  To attract, engage, and develop transformational leaders equipped with the knowledge, skills, and
  abilities necessary to design, secure, and manage the information systems supporting organizational and
  managerial decision making.

  
  We will accomplish our mission by creating an innovative curriculum, utilizing cutting-edge facilities, and

    Students completing the Data Analytics Essentials Certificate will:

    • 1. Explore, manipulate, and use data to improve business decision making
    • 2. Make better business and managerial decision by applying a variety of analytic methods such as data mining, regression analysis, and predictive analytics

    Students completing the Associate of Science in Management Information Systems will be able to demonstrate the following outcomes:

    • Be able to use data to improve business decision making

    • Be able to gather and organize relevant data and information to identify issues and problems to draw logical conclusions

  A bachelor's degree in Information Systems & Technologies provides students with a broad background in basic business knowledge, problem solving, and computer systems analysis and design skills. Depending on the electives, students will also study advanced software development, systems analysis and design, advanced networks, or information security and computer forensics. Graduates will be prepared to help organizations use computer technology to support their business processes. Students will learn how to work with people to understand how they do their jobs and where computer technology can be most effective, as well as implementing computer-based solutions.
