From the MHA Program Director, Darcy Carter
It is my distinct privilege to be the MHA program director at 91¶ÌÊÓƵ. Housed in the prestigious Dr. Ezekiel R. Dumke College of Health Professions, the CAHME-accredited MHA program at 91¶ÌÊÓƵ includes both academic and adjunct faculty who are entirely and exclusively focused on healthcare administration education. As the longest established stand-alone MHA program in the state, not a side note to a business degree, it has the largest MHA alumni base. Because 91¶ÌÊÓƵ is a teaching institution, our dedication to student education and success is the hallmark of this institution and this program. Our faculty members bring many years of real-world experience, teaching and doctoral education to the MHA and eMHA programs. They have held positions on hospital management teams as CEOs, directors of quality improvement, marketing directors, strategic planners and more. They are involved in research, publishing and a variety of activities that help them stay current in the issues of health administration. We are a dedicated team that is focused on continuous improvement and innovation, while consistently providing excellent education that meets the needs of our students. Whether you are an alum, industry professional or are interested in the program, we want you to connect with us!
