Biography

Brittany Benko is known for her executive experience in the environmental health and safety sector. Her 21-year career in the energy industry has landed her in her current role as Senior Vice President at Huntsman following significant roles at Anadarko Petroleum Corp., Chesapeake Energy Corp., and BP. Her achievements are marked by significant recognition, including being named one of Houston Woman Magazine’s 50 Most Influential Women in 2018. She attended 91¶ÌÊÓƵ as a first generation college student and credits her success to the technical skills and support she received during her educational experience, which helped her navigate and excel in a male-dominated field. Benko is passionate about supporting women leaders in academia and the workforce and has been on the CASA board of directors since 2022.
