Brody Barnes is an accomplished healthcare employee of Medtronic, where he specializes in bringing cutting-edge, minimally invasive surgical solutions to patients. As a structural heart specialist, he plays a pivotal role in supporting heart surgeons and cardiologists in performing Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) procedures, offering patients a less invasive alternative to open-heart surgery. Medtronic, a global leader in medical technology with over 100,000 employees, generates more than $32 billion in annual revenue and invests significantly in research and development to advance healthcare innovation.

Beyond his professional achievements in the healthcare industry, Brody is passionate about empowering youth by fostering entrepreneurship. He mentors young people in launching businesses that provide them with financial independence, life skills, and improved mental and physical well-being.
