Biography

Christina "CJ" Hernandez is a seasoned senior-level U.S. diplomat with a wealth of experience in defense, and diplomacy. She is highly proficient in government and community relations, program management, procurement, logistics, real estate, human resources, international agreements, and human rights. Known for her passion for building collaborative teams, mentoring colleagues, resolving conflict, negotiating, and public speaking, Hernandez seeks to offer her proven leadership, interpersonal, and management skills to clients and their organizations. Hernandez’s diplomatic assignments have taken her to various locations including Merida, Mexico, Washington D.C., Budapest, and Mexico City. Prior to her diplomatic service, she managed major acquisitions and public/private partnerships for the U.S. Air Force at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and at the Defense Logistics Agency in Wiesbaden, Germany.
