Donald Salazar serves as the President and CEO of Creative Times Inc., an Ogden-based design-build construction company. At Creative Times Inc., Salazar oversees all facets of management, from finance and marketing to contract negotiation and on-site job performance. His expertise spans a wide range of projects, from those valued at hundreds to tens of millions of dollars, catering to both private and public sector clients, including esteemed organizations like the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Coast Guard. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Salazar plays a significant role in various chambers of commerce and advisory boards, including chairing the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Salazar's professional achievements extend to prestigious awards such as being named Utah Minority Small Businessman of the Year and receiving the United States Small Business Administration's Contractor of the Year Award.
