Biography

Max Neves is a renowned leader in human resources with more than four decades of experience in the medical and corporate sectors. As the former Vice President of Human Resources at Philips Medical Systems, Neves was instrumental in transforming the HR landscape, focusing on creating vibrant workplace cultures that emphasized both employee satisfaction and compliance. His expertise in managing corporate functions, including real estate, training, security, and public relations, has made him a respected figure in the industry. Throughout his career, Neves has served on significant committees, including the Utah Governor's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities, where he advocated for inclusive employment practices. Neves and his wife, Cheryl, have been long-time supporters of educational initiatives, with notable contributions to academic affairs and the Dumke College of Health Professions at 91¶ÌÊÓƵ. Residing in South Jordan, Utah, they currently serve as education missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at BYU Pathway Worldwide, working with Nigerian students.
