Born in Ogden, Utah, Orluff Opheikens, graduated from 91¶ÌÊÓƵ with a degree that laid the foundation for his successful career in construction. In 1980, he founded R&O Construction. Under his leadership, R&O Construction has grown into a leading commercial construction firm in the Western United States, known for its quality and reliability. Opheikens’ strategic approach and team-oriented management style have been instrumental in the company's success and its reputation for delivering projects on time and as promised. In addition to his professional achievements, Opheikens is dedicated to community service and philanthropy. His dedication to community development also extends to one of his professional roles as a project manager and design consultant for Ivory Homes, focusing on landscape architecture and sustainable living.
