Biography

With more than 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry, Limpert has held pivotal roles at Novell, Oracle, and eBay, where she spearheaded diversity and inclusion initiatives, earning accolades such as the Women Tech Council Impact Award in 2015 and recognition as one of Utah Business Magazine’s “30 Women to Watch.” As the CEO of RizeNext, a business strategy consulting company, Limpert values diversity of experience as she leads. She founded Tech-Moms.org, a nonprofit organization aimed at empowering women to re-enter the workforce or transition into higher-paying technology roles.
