Kelbe works with a diverse set of partners to inform, educate, and build support for electrifying Utah’s transportation sector and works to ensure that electrification policies and programs are developed to be equitable and inclusive for Utah consumers and communities. Kelbe graduated with a Master of Public Policy and Master of Public Health from the University of Utah. Kelbe is enthusiastic about mitigating the climate crisis through both policy and outreach, and is excited about the opportunity to transform transportation in Utah for a cleaner environment and healthier communities.
