Nathan Chai is an operations and marketing leader, with over 15 years of experience in high-growth tech, including in EdTech, workforce enablement, and local services. He’s currently working on a two-year Executive Fellowship with FUSE, a national nonprofit, and the Salt Lake City Sustainability Team, focused on “green” workforce development strategy and analytics.
Prior to his executive fellowship, Nate launched and led several marketing and operations teams at Thumbtack, a Silicon Valley-based local services marketplace. Before that, he led product operations and consulting teams for a leading EdTech firm focused on workforce enablement, change management, and learning technologies. Nate started his career in academics, teaching rhetoric and communication for several years, before moving into EdTech as a co-founder of a regional start-up.
