An Academic Peer Coach is an experienced student who can answer your questions, give tips, and help you be successful in college. Our team consists of 3-4 coaches who are available to meet one-on-one with you at 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Davis, 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Ogden, or virtually. To get to know us better, read our introductions. 

How is coaching different from tutoring?

Academic Peer Coaching is not subject specific. We help you work on skills that can be helpful in any class that you take and life in general. Topics that we regularly cover are time management, how to study, test taking, procrastination, note taking, textbook reading, how to approach professors, and succeeding in online classes.

How do I set up a one-on-one appointment?

1. Go to your eWeber portal
2. Find Starfish
3. Go to the drop-down menu and click "My Success Network"
4. Search for "Academic Peer Coaching"
5. Choose your location: Davis/ Ogden/ Virtual
