After 4 p.m. and on weekends, parking is free in all lots. For more information about parking, including maps, ticket policies and permits, visit the Parking Services website or call 801-626-6533.

Ticket Refunds

Refunds vary per production. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theater for events. Tickets reported as lost, stolen or exchanged may not be honored.

Accessibility

Accessible seating, hearing devices and other accommodations are available in the center. When purchasing tickets, please contact the box office at 801-626-8500 with any special requests. Additional information can be found on our accessibility page.

Age Restrictions

Certain performances have age restrictions. Please contact the ticket office at 801-626-8500 for details on a particular performance.

Arrival Times

If you already have your tickets, we recommend arriving 40-45 minutes before the start of your show. If you plan to buy your tickets at the door, plan on arriving sooner. The box office opens one hour before the show starts. This allows enough time to park, get inside and find your seats. Doors to each of the respective theaters open 30 minutes prior to the start of the show.

Backstage/Stage Access

NO admittance onto the stage or backstage areas before, during or after the show is permitted. Greeting and congratulations to performers is encouraged to take place in our lobby or outside of the building. Please arrange for meeting or pickup of any performers prior to arrival.

Cameras and Electronic Devices

The use of audio or visual equipment is strictly prohibited. No flash photography of any kind is permitted unless otherwise noted in the program. Please turn off ALL electronic devices.

Dress Code

There is no dress code for most performances, however many guests will dress business casual for events. Please feel free to come dressed comfortably.

Food and Drink

Food or drink are NOT allowed inside any of the theaters at any time. Food and drink must be consumed in our lobbies. Concessions may be on sale for select shows and intermissions.

Late Arrivals

Most shows ask that our ushers hold late arrivals in the lobby until a suitable pause in the program, so your entry won’t disturb the performers or other patrons. Depending on the presenter of the performance, late seating will be allowed between numbers, on applause or when directed by the house staff. Some events do not allow late seating.

Show Times

Every show is unique, but most performances run approximately two hours long and usually have an intermission. When you arrive, you can ask the usher how long the event will be or check out the event program for more details.
