Welcome to the Computer Literacy Center!

Welcome to the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Computer Literacy Center (CLC)! As a leader in digital literacy for 6 years, we serve our campus and the surrounding community. At the CLC, we are dedicated to advancing computer literacy through producing comprehensive training and development tutorials, including computer fundamentals, productivity applications, and cybersecurity basics. Our student digital media specialists have been instrumental in this journey, creating over 175 short-form instructional videos that have significantly enhanced the educational experience for countless learners.

The Computer Literacy Center (CLC) seeks to educate students, faculty, and community members on the core programs in the Microsoft and Google suites so they’re better prepared to perform the various technological tasks that are required of them in their everyday lives, whether it be in the classroom, at work, or at home. To do this, the CLC creates online short-courses made up of short instructional videos about how to use different facets of programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as the Google equivalents of these programs. These courses range from beginner level to advanced user level to ensure that they’re accessible and useful to everyone that accesses them.
