2024-25 Officer Meetings

Officer Meeting Location & Time:

  • C&O Officer Meetings will be held in-person for the 2024-25 academic year
  • One meeting on Monday (in SU 320) and one meeting on Tuesday (in SU 404B) of every month (dates below), all meetings start at 3pm
    • Clubs and organizations are only required to have one representative attend one meeting (either Monday or Tuesday) each month

  • FALL SEMESTER
    • September: Sept. 16 or Sept. 17 | Recent Updates and Changes to 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Clubs & Organizations
    • October: Oct. 28 or Oct. 29 | Dean of Students Office and Conduct Procedures Overview
    • November: Nov. 18 or Nov. 19 | Club/Org Travel Guidelines
  • SPRING SEMESTER
    • January: Jan. 13 or Jan. 14 | Safe@Weber: Sexual Assault Prevention Training
    • February: Feb. 10 or 11 | QPR: Suicide Prevention Training
    • March: March 17 or March 18 | Officer Transition Training
