Kristy Byington graduated from 91¶ÌÊÓƵ in 2016 with a degree in Business Administration/ Human Resources Management. She joined the 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Human Resources team in November of 2016, where her primary role has been overseeing compensation. Kristy is also the point person for position descriptions and position management within People Admin.
Kristy is someone who genuinely cares about improving the employee experience at Weber State, and she continually seeks opportunities to enhance her skills and stay on top of industry trends. In 2019, Kristy was instrumental in implementing an extensive campus-wide salary benchmarking project that has helped to address salary equity and provides valuable information to hiring managers and supervisors. Originally from Clearfield and now living in Clinton, UT, Kristy is dedicated to creating a positive impact on the Weber State workplace.

Galen Wagstaff joined HR in 2021. He enjoys learning new things and finding out how things work. He likes to play games and work on puzzles with his family. As the HR Data Analyst he enjoys the challenge of finding and extracting the needed data from systems used at 91¶ÌÊÓƵ.
