Fall 2024 Events

Place-based science

Discovering Discovery Loop

After a brief introduction to place-based science phenomena, we invite you to take a walk with us on our very own Discovery Loop trail. We'll share ideas and provide feedback for the trail system's next steps, as well as the resources to go along with it.

Thank you for joining us!

My Favorite Things

Favorite Lessons Shared by Teachers

Join us for a collection of shared lessons that are applicable for all grades from Kindergarten through College. These lessons will be presented by teachers of all subjects while focusing on math and science practices, big ideas, and how we use them to engage our learners at all levels. After these quick shares, we will dig into these lessons with their sponsors and discuss how to apply them in our own classrooms.

Thank you for joining us!

Math + Science Integration

A workshop for all educators

We know that math and science should be like peanut butter and chocolate. But how do we actually integrate them together in a range of classrooms?

Thursday, November 21, 2024
