Transfer Out Process

If you are before or within the first 2 weeks of classes in your first semester,
please follow the New Student Transfer Out process.

What to do:

  1. Receive the official acceptance letter from your new university.
  2. Submit the acceptance letter and complete the .

Please note:

  • The ISSC does not complete "Transfer-In" forms requested by other institutions. Your new school may contact ISSC with any questions.
  • Your transfer request will be processed in 3-5 business days.
  • You will be transferred AFTER grades are posted.
  • If you fail to maintain your status, a terminated SEVIS record will be transferred.
  • You must send your 91¶ÌÊÓƵ Transcript to your new institution. Order a transcript online.
