Sustainable Food Initiatives Manager at University of Utah's Sustainability Office 

– Increasing Inclusivity in Community Spaces

Jessica Kemper has held the position of Sustainable Food Initiative Manager at the University of Utah since 2017. Kemper works to advocate for student voices, coordinating student food groups, and building strategy for bringing more sustainable food to campus.  With B.S. degrees in Horticulture and Environmental Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kemper enjoys thinking critically about food issues in her position at the U of U Sustainability Office, Slow Food Utah Board, and Salt Lake City Food Policy Task Force.
