Caitlin McLennan is 's Strategic Campaign Organizer. She works with rural communities, workers, and local, state, and federal officials to ensure community voices are heard in policy and funding decisions, and brings together community members to find shared value and build power. She is skilled in conducting stakeholder engagement and analysis, capacity building, program development and evaluation, and community-based climate planning. Her work’s ultimate goal is to support communities in creating their own futures and economies, engaging in transformative and actionable climate and health solution building. 

She holds an MS from Tufts University in Environmental Policy and Planning and a BS in Environment and Natural Resources and Political Science from the University of Wyoming. She has supported various organizations' sustainability and engagement efforts in her career including the University of Wyoming, the Trust for Public Land, and Bangor Savings Bank. Most recently, she was Utah State University's first Director of Sustainability.
