Kate is a student currently studying archaeology at Utah State with a degree in ornamental horticulture, and a love of plants, gardening, and the outdoors. She is excited to serve the community by reducing food waste with Harvest Rescue! The harvested produce can be found at USU’s Student Nutrition Access Center (SNAC) and the Cache Community Food Pantry.
