91¶ÌÊÓƵ is a learning organization that emphasizes providing opportunities for people at all levels, individually and collectively, to increase their capacity to produce results they care about. The Staff Development Grant program is one avenue for staff to be better equipped to achieve success, satisfaction, and fulfillment in their role at 91¶ÌÊÓƵ.
Supporting and valuing a culture of learning sets Weber State apart from other organizations. The development of faculty and staff alongside the development of students creates a community of achievement for all. This contributes to the benefit of all who are a part of the Weber State community in any and every capacity. The President's Council has allocated funding for the express purpose of staff development. 91¶ÌÊÓƵ staff is fortunate to have administrative support for professional growth and development. The Staff Development Committee encourages any interested exempt or non-exempt staff to submit their requests, using the guidelines laid out on the Bylaws, Polices and Procedures page.
