School Reservations

All school groups (including home school groups), are welcome to reserve a place at the 2025 festival by emailing the festival chair:

Please include the following information in your email:

1. Your name and contact information (including cell number if available). If you are making the reservation but not attending the festival with your group, include the name and contact information of the adult who will be in charge of this group.

2. The approximate number and ages/grade levels of the attendees in your group.

3. The name of your school or home-school/co-op.

4. The day and time you would like to request. You may attend more than one session in a day. If you would like to bring your lunch, you are welcome to eat it in the student union building. 

5. Any other helpful information (for example, whether you are hoping to see a performance by a youth storyteller from your school).

 

 

Spots will be filled in the order of received reservations. Only reservations completed through the process outlined above will be accepted.
