How to Apply for Financial Aid & Scholarships 

 

  1. Apply for admission to 91¶ÌÊÓƵ.

    This application takes 10 minutes and is only done once.

    Apply to Weber State

    Bonus! When you're admitted to Weber, you're automatically considered for academic scholarships based on the information you provided on your application.
     

  2. Fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

    Get federal loans, federal grants, work-study and needs-based data for applying for scholarships in Scholarship Universe. This application takes about 30 minutes and should be completed every year. The aid year begins fall semester and extends through summer semester.

  3. Create your Financial Aid Verify account.

    If additional information is required for your file, Financial Aid Verify allows you to view your financial aid requirements and submit your requirements electronically. You will only need to create an account once. 

    You will not be able to create a Financial Aid Verify account until 91¶ÌÊÓƵ has received your FAFSA. Please allow 5 to 10 business days from the day you submit your FAFSA for us to receive it.

    TIP: If you list a text message phone number when creating your account, our office will text you with important updates to your file.

    Our office reserves the right to correct your FAFSA based on the information we receive.

  4. Fill out the Planned Enrollment Levels.

    This only takes a moment to report your planned enrollment, living arrangements and your interest in work-study.  This will help us award you more accurately.

  5. Set up a profile in Scholarship Universe and apply for 91¶ÌÊÓƵ and private donor scholarships.

    You can fill out one application to be eligible for on-campus scholarships and have access to thousands of national scholarships!
