Reporting Concerns
91¶ÌÊÓƵ has selected Red Flag Reporting to provide individuals with the ability to anonymously and confidentially report complaints about accounting, auditing, internal control, and other related issues.
To file a complaint:

Any dishonest or improper act by an employee (i.e. that violates the law, wastes money, or endangers public health or safety) is of great concern to the University. All employees should report suspected improprieties. Improprieties can be reported to:
- The employee’s supervisor
- Directly to a higher level if the supervisor is involved
- The Internal Audit Department
If you are aware that a crime has been committed, you should report it immediately to Campus Police at 801-626-6460.
