Master of Science, Nursing Leadership and Management

Prepares you to design and establish professional practice environments, lead interdisciplinary care teams, establish best practice standards and establish systems and processes that focus on best care for patients. Graduates operate at the highest levels of healthcare organizations.

This is a 12-month program that is 100% online with the exception of a  90-hour Executive Residency arranged in your surrounding community.

How to Apply

Prerequisites

  • You must be a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in nursing from a program that is accredited by one of the following agencies:
  • Current unrestricted RN license; if from out-of-state, eligibility for licensure without restriction in the state of Utah.

NOTE: An applicant should NOT apply for the MSN program if they are not a graduate from a BSN program that is accredited by one of the two accrediting agencies listed above.
