Our third annual First Year Summit will be “Creating Meaningful Experiences.” In other words, how do we create a meaningful experience at our university for students, staff and faculty? Please join us for lunch and a student panel, followed by breakout sessions designed to provide collaborative learning opportunities while engaging in student-focused discussions. CCELebration is an annual recognition event that celebrates students, faculty, staff, alumni and community partners doing incredible work in the community throughout the year. RSVP by February 28.
CETL Thrive Award Banquet - March 27, 2025
The Thrive Awards Banquet is an invitation-only event recognizing faculty excellence in teaching, scholarship and service. The awards are the Presidential Teaching Excellence Awards, Ambrose Amos Shaw Endowed Chair Awards, Innovative Teaching Grants, Course Materials Affordability Award, eLearning Participant of the Year Award and the CETL Thrive Awards.
Research and Engagement Symposium - April 16, 2025
Explore, discover and celebrate at 91¶ÌÊÓƵ's annual Research and Engagement Symposium—a showcase of undergraduate and graduate student research, creative works, innovation and engaged learning experiences. Held every April, this exciting event brings together students from all disciplines to share their learning opportunities through posters, performances, oral presentations, exhibits and more.
This event is open to everyone, including Weber State staff, faculty, students and the general public—no tickets are required.
