Voluntary Shared Leave (VSL)
- Weber State’s Voluntary Shared Leave (VSL) program can help employees who need additional leave time.
Benevolence Fund
- The Weber State Benevolence Fund is an employee assistance program funded entirely by donations from 91¶ÌÊÓƵ employees. Its sole purpose is to provide financial help to fellow employees when they have experienced a catastrophic event.

Blomquist Hale Employee Assistance (EAP) offers education and counseling, as well as appropriate referrals, for many issues including substance abuse.

Leaving the University
91¶ÌÊÓƵ Employee Exit Process
Once a separation e-PAR has been submitted and approved indicating you will be leaving 91¶ÌÊÓƵ, there is an employee exit process to follow for leaving.
Retirement Account
You may choose to roll over your 91¶ÌÊÓƵ retirement account balances into a different account. Contact your TIAA or Utah Retirement Systems representative for more information.
COBRA
Medical, life, dental and disability insurance coverage ends at the end of your last work day at Weber State.
PEHP and EMI will send COBRA information directly to separating employees.
Employees may be eligible for temporary continuation of health insurance benefits after employment ends, in accordance with COBRA.
