Getting Started with Hourly Child Care
- Each semester, new and returning parents must submit a new application and pay the non-refundable $15 application fee.
- Applications are accepted throughout the year and approval is based on space availability (including faculty and staff). Faculty/staff applications will not be processed until after the student priority deadline.
All students receive priority for enrollment up until the following deadlines:
- Spring Semester: Nov. 28
- Summer Semester: Apr. 24
- Fall Semester: July 31

Submit an Application
(New application required for each semester)
Applications for Spring 2025 will open on November 11th. Any applications submitted before this date will require resubmission after November 11th.
Before starting the application, have the following documents ready to upload:
- Child Immunization Records
- Class Schedule (Students Only)
- Work Schedule (91¶ÌÊÓƵ Employees Only)

Complete Orientation
(completed after acceptance)
Once you have applied and been accepted for child care, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access and complete orientation.
Orientation must be completed each semester prior to the first day of attendance.

Pay for Child Care
You will pay for child care through Weber State's secure platform. Pre-payment for care is due every Friday before care can be provided the following week. Unused funds will carry forward to the next week.
