Grade Requirements
A grade of C or better in courses used toward the minor in addition to an overall GPA for these courses of 2.0 or higher.
Credit Hour Requirements
Minimum of 21 credit hours in geography courses.
Geography Minors
Add an expertise in geography to your degree with our Geography Minor, or prepare to teach the discipline in schools with a Geography Teaching Minor. We also offer an Environmental Studies Minor for those interested in environmental problems and their potential solutions.

Students who select the Geography Teaching Minor must also satisfy the Teacher Education admission requirements.
