Stephanie Hollist has served as General Counsel since June 2022 and has been an attorney with the office since 2007. She provides counsel to the board of trustees, president, and other university leadership and constituents across all areas of law related to the university, including faculty issues, human resource matters, student affairs and student conduct matters, constitutional and civil rights matters, business affairs, housing, police matters, real estate, legislation, and more. Jake Garlock is an Assistant Attorney General with the Education Division of the Utah Attorney General's office, assigned to 91¶ÌÊÓƵ since April 2023 91¶ÌÊÓƵ.
