Our Peer Mentor Program boasts clear learning outcomes and specific focus areas - Navigate, Connect, Graduate -  to provide you with targeted support on your academic journey. Contact mentors@weber.edu for more information about learning outcomes. 

Implementation

Peer Mentors facilitate one on one and small group reflection and activities.

Assessment

Mentees have regular opportunities to evaluate the program, their Peer Mentors and their learning.
