Political Science Minors
We offer a political science minor and a political science teaching minor.
Along with an understanding of politics, you'll learn reading comprehension, writing and critical thinking skills to use in your major and/or career. Political science teaching minors can go on to teach social studies and similar topics in schools.
International Studies Minor
Our international studies minor provides you with a well-rounded understanding of the globalized world.
The minor offers preparation for graduate studies in law and a wide variety of careers, including positions with the Foreign Service and other governmental agencies, international organizations and more.
Public Administration Minor
Since 2007, our public administration minor has prepared graduates to attend some of the best Master of Public Administration programs in the country.
Graduates also go on to careers as police officers, fire fighters, policy analysts, teachers and more.
Legal Studies Minor
Our legal studies minor introduces you to the study of law in society from a broad, interdisciplinary perspective.
Graduates often go on to law school, as well as careers in legal practices, politics, government, policing and education
