Army ROTC is the perfect place to begin your nursing career.
Nursing is a demanding profession, requiring a cool head and clear thinking. In ROTC, you’ll gain skills and confidence to take on daily pressures you’ll face as a nurse. You’ll also realize your leadership and management potential to advance your career.
As an ROTC nursing student, you will combine college electives in military science with your regular nursing program. You will develop your professional skills while you learn meaningful things about yourself and what you can accomplish.
In addition, you’ll receive financial assistance each year you’re in the program, and graduate with a commission as an officer in the Army Nurse Corps.

Once you have obtained career status and met eligibility criteria, you may apply for selection to graduate degree programs such as Anesthesia Nursing or Health Care Administration, or graduate education at the school of your choice.
