KWCR hosted a live studio performance by Imag!nary Friendz earlier this week. The Ogden-based trio played a number of songs from their recent release, THE UN!T, including covers such as “Wipeout,” “Twist and Shout,” and the band's first single, “Slow Motion.” Look for tracks from the band's performance on Spotify, Apple Music, and KWCRradio.com.

Weber State Debate had 2 teams compete at the Franklin R. Shirley tournament hosted by Wake Forest University on November 12-15. The team of Jordan Stephens (Senior) and Hannah Phelphs (Senior) defeated teams from University of Central Oklahoma and our district rival Gonzaga University, and the team of Loanne Mwiza (Junior) and Zoe Thomae (Senior) defeated a team from University of Oklahoma. Next up is the FullerTown tournament jointly hosted by California State University-Fullerton and Georgetown University, on January 3-7. Weber State Debate also hosted a high school debate workshop on November 17th and 18th.
