Utilize predictive analytics to proactively enhance student success and evaluate the effectiveness of university-wide initiatives.

Establish frameworks and guidelines related to data management, quality assurance processes, and information security and privacy. Foster a data-informed culture by facilitating the integration of data from various sources and promoting collaboration among 91¶ÌÊÓƵ stakeholders to enhance data access and usability in efforts to promote institutional effectiveness and student success.

Provide training programs aimed at improving data literacy, analytical skills, and cultivating an evidence-based mindset throughout the university. Foster a data-informed culture on campus by empowering stakeholders to gain insights, recognize trends, and make informed decisions to support student success.

Serve as stewards of data and champion data transparency by making relevant data accessible and comprehensible to the university community, fostering openness and trust in data-informed processes.
