The 91¶ÌÊÓƵ employee will need to complete the form below to activate this benefit for the spouse.
The form will alert our Benefits Coordinator who will verify the spouse and forward to the Information Desk, who will be able to issue the card.
Spouse Wildcard
This card must be presented or swiped when entering from either door. Your spouse Wildcard will provide access to the Employee Wellness office, the Wildcat Arena, Wildcat Center, and the Swenson Pool.
Everyone who enters the Stromberg Complex or Wildcat Center must have a Wildcard. Please allow at least 2 weeks to complete the following steps. The 91¶ÌÊÓƵ employee must initiate the process.

Visit the Wildcard Center
Once the Benefits Coordinator processes your request, they will eamil you a form needed to get your card. Print out this form and head over to the Wildcard Services & Information Desk located in the Student Union.
You will need to bring a governement-issued picture ID and pay the $25 card fee.

Register Your Membership
- Go to /
strombergcomplex/memberships. html and create an account. - Select "Local Account"
- Select "Create an Account"
- Fill out all the information and select “register”.
- Note: you cannot use a @ or @weber.edu
email address
- Log into the email used in step 1 and verify and activate your new account
- Go back to /
strombergcomplex/memberships. html and log into "Local Account" with information from step 1. - Select "+ New Membership"
- Type: Wildcat Center/Stromberg Complex
- Group: Family & Dependents
- Period: 1 Year
- Select "General Waiver" - Check the box and sign - hit "save" then "save" again.
- Take a picture of the front and back of your Wildcard and email those pictures to morganfradley@weber.edu and matthewbarker2@weber.edu so your card can be linked to your account.
Once those steps are completed, you will receive an email saying your account and card are now active.
