During times of great stress and change, it is especially important to take care of yourself and those close to you. Employee wellness has compiled a list of resources from exercises and meditation activities to courses and workshops in which you can participate. Many of the items listed below qualify as activities for the Wellness Pays Rewards program.

Employee Wellness has launched a new platform as a way to provide more hands-on wellness activities. This platform is available to all benfits-eligible employees and their spouses.
