Pilates

Pilates is a great low-impact way to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture and flexibility, increase circulation and
cardiovascular strength, and unite body and mind. It will help you on your way to a stronger and healthier body.

Come in comfy clothes, and be prepared to work barefoot.
