Risk Management Department assists the University in achieving its goals of education and service in an advisory and consultative capacity with regard to assessing risks, insurance coverage, contract language specific to insurance requirements, and acceptable levels of risk. In partnership with the State of Utah Division of Risk Management, we ensure University assets are protected and timely recovery of insured losses.
91¶ÌÊÓƵ General Liability, Professional Liability, Errors and Omissions, and Automobile Liability insurance is provided through the State of Utah Risk Management Fund.
University employees are insured for work related injuries or illnesses through the Worker's Compensation Fund of Utah
