Whatever type of internship program you implement, can give your organization valuable talent, fresh perspectives, and potential future employees. Interns can bring in new skills, experiences, and a stronger network of relationships that can enhance your business operations and help you identify top candidates for future hiring. Our internship outreach team is happy to assist you in discussing your options and creating a program that fits your needs.
If you decide that an unpaid internship is the best option for your company, refer to the Department of Labor's for Unpaid Interns and Students.
If a student is receiving course credit for their internship, there may be specific requirements that the student needs to complete as part of their internship course. When hiring your intern, discuss any course requirements with them. Contact your college’s Internship Coordinator for more information on requirements.
