        No. We do not approve hourly employees for out-of-state work.

      • If we want to indicate that an employee's remote work is intermittent, how do we do that on the current form? 
        Please check the box for both flexible and remote work. Then in the Monday schedule box, indicate something like this: "Expectation is for in-person work with occasional/intermittent remote days as approved by supervisor."
