Classroom Capture

There are a number of enhanced classrooms on campus where faculty can record and stream their lectures. Such lectures help facilitate student learning by accommodating multiple teaching environments, such as classes that are both in person and online.

Classroom Technology Management

If your deparment is purchasing new equipment or inheriting an other department's classroom technology we can help by supporting your needs in the classroom. If your deparment already has a CTC over it, we are happy to work with them to make sure you get the best support.

Event Support

Do you have a special event being held 91¶ÌÊÓƵ? We are able to help you plan out your technological needs prior to your event and if needed have a tech nearby for any issues that might occur during the event.

Hardware Installation

If you have a new computer, scanner, printer or any number of new devices you don't know how to set up, then we can help you set it up in your office or classroom so you don't have to wonder if it is ready or not.

Light Board

A Light board is an illuminated glass chalkboard. Using a Light board you face toward your viewers and by using special eraseable makers your writing glows in front of you. This changes the perspective of the writing so your audience can read it even though you are writing from a different side. There is a light board available in Tracy Hall and if you are interested a demo can be provided.

On Location Support

We hope you don't have any issues using our equipment here on campus, but if you do we are just a phone call away. We can either come by appointment to help you with your issue or in cases of emergencies we have staff available during most lecture and class times to help you right away.

Technical Support

Support is just a phone call away. In many cases we can help solve your troubleshooting needs from home or on campus over the phone.

Purchasing Consultations

We can help you or your department identify and plan out your technological needs and what kind of starting or continual budget would be needed to facilitate your requirements.

Software Installation

If you need custom or specialized software installed in your office or on an instructor station, we can help. We can also install software in computer labs too. Working with us prior to your semester starting will help ensure your software is installed well before you begin teaching.
