Infrastructure, Operations, & Security consists of seven teams: Information Security Office, Network & Communications, System Administration, Database & Application Management, Identity Management, Data Warehouse Development, and IT Operations. Together, they ensure a stable, secure computing infrastructure, enabling our campus to work productively and efficiently while providing prompt support for any issues that arise.

Teams

Identity Management

The Identity Management team secures and manages user access to systems and data, ensuring only authorized individuals can access critical resources.

Database Warehouse Development

The Database Warehouse Development team creates and manages the data warehouse to support reliable, secure, and efficient data analysis and reporting for the university.

IT Operations

The IT Operations team oversees and maintains the IT infrastructure to ensure consistent, secure, and reliable performance across the university’s systems and networks.
