Discrimination & Clery Act Notices
The following are notifications required by the Civil Rights law and the Clery Act to be distributed by the University in various materials. You will need to look at the type and purpose of your material in order to determine which language needs to be included. Though we cannot dictate specific size or font, all notices must be clearly legible. Use your best judgment.
Language to be prominently displayed on the website, on social media, at various locations throughout campus, and in electronic and printed publications for general distribution, including all catalogs, bulletins, announcements, recruitment materials, or application forms:

91¶ÌÊÓƵ’s Annual Security Report and Fire Safety Report provides info about reporting crime, crime statistics, crime prevention, alcohol and drug policies, fire statistics, etc, is available in the annual Clery Report.
